| We are seeking a godly man who is a proven leader who has a heart for Family and Children's Ministry. This full-time pastor will primarily be responsible to lead the spiritual formation of children by casting vision, implementing a spiritual formation strategy, supervising our part-time Children's Ministry Staff, as well as being involved in the teaching and evangelizing of children. He will also be expected to equip parents to disciple their children and will partner with the Student Ministries staff. We are in need of an outgoing, initiating leader who can work well with both adults and children.
