WORSHIP PASTOR
REPORTS TO: Senior Pastor
SCHEDULE: Full-time position
JOB SUMMARY: We are a loving, Christ-centered, biblically based Church in the Sandhills region of North Carolina. We also are a vibrant, growing Church with an exciting future ahead of us. We are expanding our campus and looking for the right candidate to bring their musical talents and passion for evangelism to partner with us in ministry. We are looking for a spiritually mature, biblically grounded, musically gifted worship leader who is in agreement and observance of the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
This person is looking for an opportunity to use their musical gifts and passion for the Lord to help people of all ages to offer their praise and honor to God through music. This person will have a heart for the lost and seek avenues to use music to reach people through our various ministries. They will be a seasoned musician and vocalist who can provide mature spiritual leadership and discipleship to music ministry and audio/visual volunteers.
