Job Description:
Friendship Baptist Church of Warner Robins, GA is actively seeking a full-time Student Minister.
What Will You Do
Although this list is not comprehensive, as the Student Minister, you will:
A. Lead a comprehensive program of Student Ministries (6th grade through college—age 25).
B. Prepare and manage annual budget for Student Ministries.
C. Recruit, equip, and oversee Student Ministry volunteers and Summer Intern.
D. Prepare and present Biblical, inspirational, motivational Bible studies and sermons designed specifically for students.
E. Plan and conduct camps, retreats, mission trips, mission projects.
F. Develop relationships with parents of students, and mentor students into leadership opportunities in the church.
G. Coordinate and lead students and volunteers in outreach efforts.
H. Lead another ministry area based upon the strengths of the Minister (i.e., communications, education, or administration) with Student Ministry being the priority.
I. Perform additional ministerial duties as assigned by Lead Pastor.
Your Requirements:
A. Boldly profess a genuine Christian testimony and character.
B. Strongly support and advocate for the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 statement.
C. Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional programs, related applications, Canva, Google Drive, etc....
D. Proficient in communicating through social media and church publications.
E. Earned a minimum of a bachelor's degree, with preference given to a seminary degree, plus experience in student ministry within a Southern Baptist church setting.
F. Be licensed/ordained or be willing to be ordained.

Friendship Baptist Church is a 34-year-old, intermediate size conservative Southern Baptist Church located in a growing area of Houston County, GA. We average approximately 310 in two Sunday morning worship services. We teach and preach core Bible truths using Scripture to back up what we teach. We are strongly committed to missions locally, nationally, and internationally. Friendship enjoys a blended music worship style with multiple instruments. Our staff enjoys a very low turnover rate.

We are home to the second largest museum in the United States Air Force, and Robins Air Force Base is the largest industrial complex in Georgia. Salary & Benefits:
Salary package range is $67,000 to $74,000. Salary, housing allowance, vacation, sick leave, life and disability insurance, retirement plan, and more.
