Position Title: Advancement Director

Reports to: Integrator

Position Status: Full Time

Purpose: Connecting people to Jesus by providing devoted, inspirational, and balanced support from_noemailmunications and funding for Hosanna's vision for ministry.

Essential Functions:

Lead manage and hold accountable.
Initiate strategy to meet all vision funding needs, including a system of donor appreciation and involvement.
Lead Generosity team to increase vision funding/budget needs.
Work with Finance lead for up-to-date donor information that is needed.
Communication and marketing strategies to effectively drive vision and core target.

Qualifications:

A background in fundraising or donor development is preferred.
