Associate Pastor Job - Grace Community Church, Ontario, Wisconsin

General Responsibilities:

The Associate Pastor will serve under the Senior Pastor to provide supportive leadership in the areas of preaching, pastoral care, leadership development, and overall spiritual health of the Congregation.

Help_noemailanize The Well Youth Ministry by serving and supporting the current leaders.

Act in the absence of the Senior Pastor by receiving ministerial phone calls, overseeing worship services and other ministerial duties of the Senior Pastor.

Preach and teach, on Sunday possibly once a month or as needed.

Provide pastoral care to the congregation, including home and hospital visits, funerals and other opportunities for care.

Pray with church members and guests in times of need along with the ongoing prayer efforts of the congregation.

Help with various tasks such as: set up tables and chairs, shovel snow, do yard and landscaping work, and perform all duties necessary in helping prepare the facilities for ministry functions.

Work in tandem with the Senior Pastor in praying for and planning ministry missions, visions, and reinforcing core values.

Take part in the development of key objectives, tactics, and establishment of goals.

Possible Additional Responsibilities:

Help with music selection, preparation and serving the worship teams in their preparations for Sunday worship; preparing lyric slides on the projection_noemailputer;

help with inte_noemail, website development and maintenance; assist members with phone apps setup for donations and group connections; help with sound mixing and recording, and weekly web streaming.

Job Skills

Competency in_noemailputer skills such as Word, Excel, E-mail and Inte_noemail.

Leadership abilities to facilitate meetings and_noemailanizing events while balancing work, rest and play.

Hours and wages are negotiable based on experience and gifts. We desire to fully support the person and family in this position, however this might be a bi-vocational position to begin with. We would be eager to help with housing and help find part-time work in the_noemailmunity to supplement i_noemaile.
